The home is designed to give it's owners incredible views of the Florida landscape surrounding it. The city that it is located in is comprised of three residential communities which are planned to accent the area's natural features and create a sense of traditional American towns. They feature short blocks, common areas, scenic paths that lead to community facilities, parks and open spaces.

Each community showcase the traditions of the early 18th- and 19th-century maritime architecture of Newport and Nantucket.
